Burn360 Community

The Burn360 Community is where I post a brand new workout every single day, on an ongoing basis. This is for women who loved the 21-Day Metabolic Reset and want to continue on and workout with a group of like-minded women.  This isn't like joining one of those "big box" fitness sites where you have to choose from dozens upon dozens of workouts. You don't have to waste time thinking or choosing. This is a plan that I create for you. We (yes, including me!) are all doing the same workouts on the same days together. And, we're talking about them in the comments, asking questions, getting substitute exercises for those who need them. I am active in the community every day and I also post easy-to-make recipes weekly!

The Burn360 Community is invite-only. I'll explain how to get an invite in just a minute, but first I want to explain why it's invite-only. I know it might sound strange, but here's the why: I don't want it to get too big because then I would lose my hands-on approach. I am personally in the community every day, supporting members and helping where needed. If I let the community get too big, I wouldn't be able to offer this level of personal support. This is my passion, so I don't want to give up interaction with my clients. Plus we have the most amazing group of women and I absolutely love being involved with this group of gals!
